Resident Alfred Dufresne told the Glocester Town Council that the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) has drafted a consent letter demanding repairs to the Old Killingly Pond dam and asked the council to approve a letter supporting DEEP’s enforcement and restoration plan.
