District staff reviewed a revised Long Range Plan that keeps the monument replacement estimate at $250,000 and projects Gatehouse Renovation costs at $615,775 for FY2026 and $407,240 for FY2027. Mr. Krebs will submit permit applications to the Village of Estero; because the gatehouse project estimate exceeds the $550,000 sealed‑bid threshold, the CDD must use sealed bidding for that portion of work.
