Dr. Sara Johnson and Matt McGowan presented an overview of the High Desert Education Service District—s 2026-27 Local Service Plan to the Redmond School District Board on Jan. 21, 2026. Director Keri Lopez moved to approve the plan and Vice Chair Liz Goodrich seconded; the motion carried unanimously, 5-0.
