The board considered bidding thresholds for aggregate purchases and recommended retaining the amounts used in recent years. Potts moved and Sharpe seconded a motion to keep the thresholds unchanged; the motion "Motion made by Potts, seconded by Sharpe, to keep the same bidding thresholds for aggregates. Motion carried; two ayes." was recorded in the minutes.
