Board approves parcel split at 9900 Carson Highway for industrial parcels

Dan Kalon, planning staff, told commissioners the applicant (JDLN Enterprises LLC) requests to split a 7.48-acre I-2 parcel at 9900 Carson Highway (APN 007-171-75) into two parcels of 4.15 and 3.33 acres; the I-2 infill minimum lot size is two acres, so the proposal meets requirements. After brief questions and the absence of public comment, a commissioner moved to approve the parcel map with conditions and the board approved the motion by voice vote.
