At the Dec. 9 Harrison City Council meeting, Will Butler moved and Debbie Lockhart seconded a motion to enter executive session under Idaho Code 74-206(1)(f) to consult with legal counsel about legal ramifications and options for pending or imminently likely litigation. Will Butler, Josephine Prophet, Joe Cornell and Debbie Lockhart voted aye and the council entered executive session.
