Jericho Planning Commission agrees to draft Selectboard letter and sets next steps for Enable Housing work
Following budget discussion and Enable Housing deliberations, the Commission volunteered members to work on a capital plan and agreed Susan Bresee and planner Chris Shaheen will draft a letter to the Selectboard. The PC set next tasks: staff to draft small-house incentives, convene Natural Resources Overlay and PUD working groups, and target an April public hearing.

At the close of its Jan. 6 meeting the Planning Commission agreed on immediate next steps to follow through on both capital planning and its Enable Housing project. Susan Bresee and Town Planner Chris Shaheen were tasked with drafting a letter to the Selectboard to express the PC's interest in collaborating on a Capital Improvement Plan; Susan and Erik Glitman volunteered to help follow up on a Capital Plan working group.
