State Fair readies facilities as ARPA-funded upgrades continue
Operations staff reported ARPA construction projects — festoon lighting, storm pipe/grading and concrete replacements — are on schedule; seasonal hiring, facility setups and coordination with GI Expo for the GILCA transition were also discussed.
