Staff presented draft cost estimates for options discussed in the WIS study review. One staff member (S6) said a draft figure of about $564,000 would move pay to the WIS base (with on-going implications) and that a one-time $3,000 stipend spread across roughly 225 employees would cost "about 600, roughly 615,000" as a back-of-envelope estimate.
