Chairman Scott Rubley opened the Budget and Finance Committee meeting and commissioners approved establishing a $40,000 line item for an awarded ThreeStar grant. The committee recorded that $35,000 will be used to purchase Snap-on tools and $5,000 is earmarked for education; line items 399 and 499 were created to record the grant and associated spending.
