Charlie Krebs told the board the drainage improvements have been approved by the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) and construction permits have been approved by the Village of Estero. Bid documents were finalized and will be available for contractors to pick up; staff will forward the documents to the administrator for advertising and schedule a mandatory pre‑construction meeting.
