State supplier diversity office presents EACE program to disability commission

The Supplier Diversity Office told the Massachusetts Permanent Commission on the Status of Persons with Disabilities that its new EACE program aims to expand contracting and employment opportunities for people with disabilities across statewide contracts. Emily McGuire, EACE program coordinator, said the policy launched on the agency website and became a provision on new statewide contracts effective July 1, 2025, and that the program grew from a 2018 pilot enabled by legislation passed in 2016.
