Trappe authorizes steps toward interim financing for ENR upgrade
The Council adopted Resolution 3-2025 to declare intent to reimburse capital expenditures for the ENR upgrade from future debt and authorized Administrator Braband to work with Shore United Bank to assemble interim financing terms for Council review.

President Newnam read Resolution 3-2025, which declares the Council’s official intent to reimburse capital expenditures for certain capital projects, including the ENR upgrade, from the proceeds of future debt. Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan said the resolution "allows the Town to reimburse themselves for expenses paid for the ENR Upgrade." Commissioner Walter Chase moved to adopt the resolution; the motion passed unanimously.
