Commissioners voted to approve a planning and zoning technical assistance agreement with the River Valley Regional Commission (RVRC). The contract, effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, sets an annual fee of $6,000 and covers consultation to local officials and staff, preparation or review of zoning ordinance amendments, maintenance and updating of base and zoning maps, and attendance at planning commission or Board of Zoning Adjustments meetings.
