A resident/applicant (S5) told the commission he has a 1.1-acre parcel under contract at the corner of 200 West and near 17 and is proposing to split it into two roughly 0.5-acre lots. He said he has contacted Rocky Mountain Power and a local water contact (Clarinda) and plans to have an engineer draw the plats before returning to the commission for formal approval.
