Planning panel recommends approval for John Wilson's accessory dwelling unit
The Citrus County Planning & Development Commission recommended approval of a conditional use allowing a roughly 1,300 sq. ft. accessory dwelling unit on a 7.8-acre parcel owned by John Wilson; staff said the request meets LDC Chapter 3, Section 3101 and conditions will apply.
