Crook County proclaims September 2026 Library Card Sign-Up Month

Kim Bales, identified on the record as the county library manager, asked the board to declare September 2026 Library Card Sign-Up Month and highlighted services available to cardholders, from homework help to streaming media. "With a library card, you can do more than checkout books," Bales told the commissioners during the request.
