Esquire Eric Aldridge moved, seconded by Esquire Rex McWhorter, to grant authority for the Judge Executive to execute a Memorandum of Agreement with the Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet to secure a $25,000 pass‑through grant to be administered through the Drug Taskforce. The court approved the MOA unanimously and the minutes explicitly state no county funds are required or expended as part of the grant.
