The board heard a short operations update on July 9, 2025. William Nale reported issuing two building permits: one to Timothy Rickenbaugh for a 40-by-32 barn with a 16-by-12 lean-to roof, and one to Ivan Petersheim for a 12-by-20 storage shed. Seth Mosebey will check for an applicable UCC ordinance filing and will draft a new ordinance if none is found.
