Commissioner Goscicki said Chris Frasz is stepping down from the Opioid Steering Committee and recommended appointing Jason Sweeney, Compliance Director with Bear River Health. Commissioner Lewis moved to appoint Sweeney; Commissioner Goscicki seconded the motion, and the board approved the appointment by roll-call vote with those present voting aye and Commissioner Frederick absent.
