The Palacios ISD Board approved the district’s 2024–25 audit presented by Melissa Terry of Harrison, Waldrop & Uherek, L.L.P. The motion passed 5–0 with two trustees absent.

Melissa Terry, partner at Harrison, Waldrop & Uherek, L.L.P., presented the 2024–25 audit to the Palacios ISD Board of Trustees during the Feb. 9 meeting. After a review period, Board Vice President Haley Garcia moved to approve the audit “as presented,” and Trustee Dane Kubecka seconded the motion.
