The Lander City Council voted to appoint Marcus Kral to the Urban Forest Council Tree Board. The appointment was moved and seconded during the meeting and council members noted Kral's willingness to volunteer. Lance (S3) described Kral as a lead engineer who works with HDR and has contributed to local projects, including Buena Vista, saying the city is fortunate to have him volunteer.
