The commission voted to terminate the North Clark Community Hospital development area under PC2026-008, citing minimal activity and negligible revenue collections. Brad Benson explained the district had not formed as intended and has collected only a few dollars in incremental revenue: "It is only about $10.12 that it's collected in it," Benson said; there was also some numerical confusion in the discussion (another speaker cited $3.12), which commissioners attributed to the small scale of collections.
