The Village of Arnold Board of Trustees adopted Resolution No. 2026-29 on Aug. 18 rescinding Resolution No. 2026-12, which had declared the property at 512 S Hillcrest Street (PID 000706800) a nuisance. Village Clerk Patricia Lamberty told trustees that the owner had removed or corrected the nuisances, and the board voted to rescind the prior declaration.
