The board agreed to appoint Andy Bowman as York County's representative to the YCDC executive board after Chair (S3) said they would step down from that duty. Chair (S3) and others described that the charter gives one representative for the city and one for the county; Chair said it was an appropriate time to change representation and that Andy Bowman had agreed to serve.
