Commissioners directed that a revised traffic study be submitted prior to issuance of a building permit to evaluate the impacts of the proposed roundabout at Avon Avenue and Governors Row and adjacent intersections at school‑peak periods. The commission’s stated goal was to ensure that the conceptual improvements shown at the hearing be analyzed in detail and approved by DPW before the project proceeds to construction.
