CCRPC staff presented a newly adopted Board and Committee Member Handbook and Code of Conduct that defines roles, shared expectations, equity commitments, and a process for addressing concerns. The handbook will be linked on CCRPC resources pages and included on committee agendas.

Emma Vaughn, CCRPC communications manager, presented the recently adopted CCRPC Board and Committee Member Handbook & Code of Conduct and said it "explains the roles and responsibilities of Board and committee members, establishes shared expectations, and provides a process for addressing concerns if or when they arise." The handbook also includes group expectations that will appear on committee agendas and presentation slides and links to CCRPC resources.
