Operations Captain Steve Baranetz delivered a detailed recap of the County's public-safety response to the Country Thunder Music Festival (July 16'19). Staff reported issuing 314 citations and said total calls for service during the four-day event were down compared with some prior years but that officer-initiated calls made up a large share of activity.
