Erin Pyschke and Shauna O'Neil of the Legislative Policy and Research Office walked the task force through a short, anonymized survey designed to collect early impressions of the WIPA proposal. Shauna said anonymization was intentional "to minimize the risk that folks might kind of be self‑censoring upfront" and to provide a candid, point‑in‑time snapshot of where task force members stood.
