The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners voted on Aug. 31 to set a public hearing on the proposed 2026/2027 county budget for Sept. 21, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. The motion (moved by Micaela Wuehler; seconded by Joe Hewgley) passed by roll-call vote with all five commissioners voting "aye."
