The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners opened a public hearing at 10:01 A.M. to consider amendments to Article 5 of the county zoning regulations to reflect recent state legislative updates to conditional-use permit procedures. Lincoln County Planning Director Judy Clark summarized the proposed changes and said planning staff recommends approval. North Platte Mayor Brandon Kelliher commented on the importance of clear rules and noted the city would consider complementary regulations.
