Town historian withdraws from joint Canal Project, cites conflicts with Village historian
Jason Parkman, historian for the Town of Elbridge, told the Village of Jordan Board he has withdrawn from the joint Canal Project citing conflicts with Village historian Elaine Peters and provided the Board with a handout documenting past interactions.

Jason Parkman, historian for the Town of Elbridge, told the Village of Jordan Board of Trustees on Feb. 9 that he has "pulled out of the Canal Project due to conflicts with our historian." He presented each board member with a handout outlining examples from past interactions with the Village historian, Elaine Peters, and said those conflicts were the reason he did not want to move forward on the joint project.
