The board voted to go into closed session under Iowa Code section 21.51(c) to discuss litigation concerning the Mid America solar project. Chair called for the motion, supervisors seconded and voted in favor; the board went into closed session at 4:40 p.m. and reconvened at 4:54 p.m., with Chair reporting from open session that no action was taken while in closed session.
