Supervisors back Holley setback request to be raised at Zoning Hearing Board
The board agreed to support Mr. Holley's request for a 15-foot side-yard setback (instead of the required 25 feet) at a Nov. 20 Zoning Hearing Board hearing; four supervisors supported the variance, one opposed, and the solicitor will notify the Zoning Hearing Board of the Board's position.

Solicitor Scott MacNair briefed the Board about a forthcoming Zoning Hearing Board application from Mr. Holley, who is seeking a 15-foot side-yard setback where the ordinance requires 25 feet; the reduced setback would lie on Mr. Holley's own adjacent property.
