Board approves Eagle Post Road change order and accepts MDOT contract decrease
The City approved a $7,849.61 change order for A. J. Construction on the Eagle Post Road overlay and accepted an MDOT contractor recap reflecting a $27,066.95 decrease in a separate contract's final amount.

City Engineer Tim Parker presented two contract items: a change order for A. J. Construction on the Eagle Post Road Overlay Project increasing the contract by $7,849.61, and an MDOT Contractor's Estimate-Recap Sheet for STP-7073-00(001)1091780701 that reduced a final contract amount by $27,066.95. Both items were approved by unanimous board vote.
