Staff reports permit counts and describes migration to cloud permitting system
Planning staff said a software migration disrupted this month's permit reporting but that the department expects cloud-based permitting and online submittals to be in development in the next 2–3 months; staff cited a migration start date of Jan. 6 and provided counts for plats and manufactured-home permits.

Planning staff told the commission that a recent migration of the county's blueprint/permitting system to the cloud caused reporting interruptions and inspection/permitting workflow hiccups. Staff said the migration began Jan. 6 and that reports should be back to normal in the next two to three months.
