Planning commission backs Copperleaf subdivision with construction-traffic restriction
The Bartlett Planning & Zoning Commission gave a positive recommendation for MI Homes' Copperleaf subdivision (about 50 homes on ~15 acres) and added a condition barring construction traffic through the adjacent Timberline subdivision; residents had raised traffic, sightline and stormwater concerns.

The Bartlett Planning & Zoning Commission voted to recommend rezoning the Copperleaf site on Naperville Road from an estate designation to SR4 and to forward a preliminary PUD plan to the Village Board, subject to staff findings and an added condition that construction traffic be restricted from passing through the Timberline neighborhood.
