A vote on “Corrective Deeds” at the Aug. 19 meeting failed after Commissioners recorded split votes. Gene Wolf moved to approve the Corrective Deeds; the motion failed when Wolf voted aye and Commissioners Folk, Guenthner and Bauman voted nay. After the failed motion, Commissioner Jamee Folk moved to place “Corrective Deeds” on the Sept. 2, 2026 agenda; that motion carried unanimously.
