Clerk Ashley Maxwell told the board Jan. 5 she had an update from attorney Sam Walenz of Foulston Siefkin LLP concerning the bridge on 140 Rd between F Rd and G Rd. The commissioners agreed on a negotiating position to seek 85% of the replacement cost in settlement discussions rather than pursuing a larger demand.
