County economic support staff warn federal SNAP changes will shift extra costs to Wisconsin

Ashland County economic support staff said proposed SNAP restrictions have not yet passed but noted recent policy shifts will place an additional 25% administrative burden on Wisconsin and require the state to maintain error rates below 6%.
