Fiscal Court confirms two county board appointments
Warren County Fiscal Court on Dec. 19 reappointed Jessie Varner to the Code Enforcement Board and appointed Alex Nottmeier to the Downtown Economic Development Board; both actions passed by unanimous roll call and are recorded in the order book.

The court approved Order #24-42 to reappoint Jessie Varner to the Code Enforcement Board and approved Order #24-44 appointing Alex Nottmeier to the Warren County Downtown Economic Development Board. The Varner reappointment was moved by Esquire Rex McWhorter and seconded by Esquire Eric Aldridge; the Nottmeier appointment was moved by Esquire Tom Lawrence and seconded by Esquire Scott Lasley. Both actions passed by roll call (seven yeas, no nays) and are recorded in Order Book 21, Supplement 239 (407-A and 408-C respectively).
