The Upshur County Commission approved and authorized the Commission President to sign a Standard Form of Agreement with Danhill Construction Company for Phase 1 of the elevator modernization project at a contract amount of $105,708.00. The Courthouse Facilities Improvement Authority had approved a scope change for the county’s 23rd cycle CFIA grant project (23cycUpshu2026).
