Sewer plant spray fields need hardware fixes, metal risers recommended

Sewer Manager Chad Morrow told the board that several spray heads at the sewer plant that had been reworked are getting stuck in one position and failing to rotate freely. He said spray heads mounted on PVC stand pipes are problematic because the PVC lacks rigidity, and recommended replacing those risers with metal to restore reliable rotation.
