On July 27, 2026 the Washington County Commission adopted Resolution 26-07-02, which concerns rezoning of Tax Map 073, Parcels 055.00 and 065.11, listed in the record as owned by Benjamin McInturff. Commissioner Jerome Fitzgerald moved adoption and Commissioner Freddie Malone seconded; the motion passed on roll call.
