Big Stone County’s Board of Commissioners unanimously adopted Ordinance 02-26 on Aug. 18, imposing a temporary moratorium on new data centers. The board closed a public hearing that began at 10:00 AM and adopted the ordinance before adjourning at 10:12 AM.
