Senior Planner Kayla Yankey presented REZ26-0416, a request from Valley View Village LLC to rezone 0.881 acres from R-2 to PMF and amend 18.125 acres of an existing PMF master plan. Commissioners asked whether the parcel in Harrisonburg City was part of the application (staff said it is a separate parcel and would require City review), whether the internal road would connect to city developments, and how powerline easements and retention areas would be handled.
