Madison County opens concession RFP; sole bid missing e-Verify

Madison County Recreation Department staff opened the county’s concession request for proposals at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, and recorded a single submission from a vendor identified in the RFP log as "concession on the moon." "It is now 10AM, and we will open our concession proposals," said Shelley McDaniel, a staff member with the recreation department.
