Supervisor Fisher moved to accept the report and the denial recommendation for a rezoning request originating from the town of Clay Banks; the motion was seconded and the board approved the denial by voice vote. Fisher explained the committee’s view that differing town inputs made it difficult to craft a uniform countywide ordinance at this time.
