The committee recorded several formal actions by voice vote: approval of the meeting agenda, approval of the 08/18/2026 minutes with corrected spellings, acceptance and forwarding of the Buildings & Grounds budget to executive finance, and acceptance and forwarding of the Property budget to executive finance. The committee also agreed to move the October meeting to Thursday, Oct. 1 at 11:00 in the same room.
