During the meeting’s opening business the commission approved the consent agenda, which included acceptance of the meeting agenda and approval of the minutes from the Aug. 5, 2026 meeting. A commissioner moved the motion and another commissioner seconded; roll-call voting was recorded and the chair announced the motion passed.
